The provider is responsible for the product, its licence, its advertising, defects and product support.

Link, part of the Stripe group, is the merchant of record. It runs the checkout, takes the payment, handles tax in the countries Stripe covers, and sends your receipt or invoice. Your card statement shows LINK.COM*. Payment questions go to Link support. The Link terms also apply to your purchase.

For the lawyer: how to word who the seller is. Link's contract says it isn't the seller of record. New Link terms apply from 20 Nov 2026.

Price

Launch price $78 for the first 7 days after launch. Then $99. A crossed-out $99 on this site is the price after launch week. The kit hasn't been sold at that price before.

$78. This is the final price including all taxes. Checkout may also offer your local currency, converted by Stripe at its rate with a fee of about 4% shown there, so that amount can differ. You can always pay the listed USD price. One payment, no kit subscription.

Only true once Stripe is set to include tax in prices and a test purchase confirms the amount charged.

Not included: Final Cut Pro, a Claude plan, and music and sound effects, which you get separately. Animated graphics use Remotion, which has its own terms and may require a paid company licence.

What you need

Kit version: 0.1.0 (pre-release). English installer and documentation. Claude talks to you in your language.

No activation is needed. Instructions in Czech are on the Czech page.

Updates

New versions are included for one year after purchase, and you keep the versions you've received. Fixes you're entitled to by law don't end after that year.

For the lawyer: exact wording, and what happens when a change by Apple or Anthropic breaks the kit.

How the contract is made

  1. Choose “Get the kit”. You go to the checkout page run by Stripe and Link.
  2. Enter your email and payment details. You can correct them until you press the final button.
  3. The final button on that page places an order with an obligation to pay.
  4. You receive a confirmation of the order by email.
  5. Before the first download you're asked for the consent described under Right of withdrawal, and you get the confirmation with the download link.

The contract is in English, or in Czech if you buy in Czech. We keep a record of it and send you the terms by email. You can't open it in a customer account.

Where you can buy

Checkout isn't available to customers in Ascension Island, China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Tristan da Cunha.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day after the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, you must tell us with a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, addressed to Monyxo Digital s.r.o., Company ID 19994982, Sanderova 1616/16, Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, phone +420 603 588 735, email info@monyxo.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. You can also withdraw online at rawtocut.com/get/withdraw. If you do, we'll confirm without undue delay, in text form such as an email, that we received your statement, with its content and the date and time you sent it.

To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.

Withdraw from contract

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we'll refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We'll use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You won't incur any fees for this refund.

Refunds are paid through Link. Link's terms may give you further refund options, and you can also ask Link support for help.

When the right ends

The right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, but only if you first expressly agreed to the immediate start, acknowledged that you lose the right, and received a confirmation of that. Your rights for defects aren't affected.

Model withdrawal form

(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

Defects and complaints

You have statutory rights if the product has a defect. You can make a claim for two years from delivery. A defect that appears within one year is presumed to have been there at delivery. You can ask for a repair, a discount or, in the cases set by law, withdraw from the contract.

Send complaints directly to the provider, at the registered address or the email above. You get a written confirmation, and the complaint is handled within a reasonable time.

For the lawyer: check against sections 2389f and 2389k to 2389p of the Civil Code and section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Out-of-court disputes

Consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce): coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.

Terms of sale

Version of 7 November 2026. These terms apply to buying rawtocut from Monyxo Digital s.r.o., Company ID 19994982 ("we"). Sections above on the provider, Link, price, requirements, updates, how the contract is made, withdrawal, defects and disputes are part of these terms.

The product and delivery

rawtocut is digital content: a plugin for Claude Code, delivered as a download. After payment you get a private link by email. Before the first download we ask for your consent and email you a confirmation. Then the download opens. The product has no physical delivery and no activation.

Payment

You pay through the checkout run by Stripe and Link. It shows the payment methods available to you, such as cards and wallets. The contract is in English, or in Czech if you buy in Czech. The checkout runs in the language Stripe chooses for you.

Your copy of the contract

We keep a record of your order and consent. We don't offer a customer account. You get these terms as a text file by email, and the current version stays on this page.

Business customers

If you buy as a business, the sections on the consumer right of withdrawal don't apply. Our total liability to a business is limited to the price paid. This limit doesn't apply to harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to harm to a person's health or life.

Governing law and courts

Czech law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Changes

We can change these terms for future purchases. Your purchase stays under the version you received.

For the lawyer: all of these terms are a draft.

Privacy

Version of 7 November 2026. The controller is Monyxo Digital s.r.o., Company ID 19994982, Sanderova 1616/16, Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, info@monyxo.com.

What we process and why

Link and Stripe handle your payment details under their own privacy policy. We don't see your full card number.

Who receives your data

Stripe, Link and Resend may process data in the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses, as each provider states in its terms.

How long we keep it

Order, consent and withdrawal records: 5 years after the purchase, or longer if a dispute or the law requires it. Accounting and tax documents: as long as the law requires, up to 10 years.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@monyxo.com. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or to the authority in your country.

This site and the product

This site uses no analytics, no tracking cookies and no third-party fonts or scripts. We send no marketing emails. Order emails contain no tracking. No decisions about you are made automatically.

The plugin runs on your Mac and doesn't send your footage or data to us. Claude and any other service you connect, such as ElevenLabs with your own key, process what you send them under their own terms.

For the lawyer: legal bases, retention periods, and the transfer mechanism each provider uses.

Licence

One licence covers one person, worldwide and with no time limit, for personal and commercial video work. You can install it on your own computers, change it for your own use, and keep and sell the videos you make with it. Each person in a team needs a licence. You can't share, resell or publish the plugin or a modified copy, in whole or in part. Rights the law gives you can't be limited by this licence.

Third-party parts keep their own licences, listed in the package. The licence ends if you get a refund for your purchase, and you must then stop using the product and delete it.

You're responsible for having the rights to the footage, music, fonts and references you use with it, including platform copyright systems such as Content ID. Check your edits before publishing.

For the lawyer: the licence, and ending it after a refund under section 2389n of the Civil Code.

Trademarks

Final Cut Pro is a trademark of Apple Inc. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. rawtocut isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
