timeline out.
A plugin for Claude Code that plans, cuts, captions and checks your Reels and YouTube videos, then hands you a real timeline to change in Final Cut Pro.
- Mac only
- Final Cut Pro
- Your own Claude plan
One sentence starts the edit.
Point Claude at a folder of footage and say what the video is about. It reads every take, writes a plan for you to approve, cuts the edit, checks it and hands you the timeline.
- Describe the video
- Approve the plan
- Open the timeline in Final Cut Pro
- Polish, then export
The takes you'd delete are already gone.
Pauses, false starts and repeated lines come out. One whole take stays for each line, and if you corrected yourself, the last version wins.
So, um so we drove wait. We drove nine hours for one shot. And, uh, it, it It rained.
We drove nine hours for one shot. It rained.
Goes here once filmed, without faces: one uncut recording from the first sentence to the open timeline in Final Cut Pro, a real before/after clip with sound, and a title being retyped.
Nothing is baked in.
You get a normal Final Cut Pro project, not a video file. Change any of it the way you always do.
Go on, type. Titles stay this easy to change in Final Cut Pro.
- Your original clipsThe timeline points to your files on your disk.
- Live titlesCaptions and on-screen text are Final Cut Pro titles you can retype. They are never rendered to video.
- Music as keyframesLevels under the voice are volume keyframes you can drag.
- Every cutTrim it, move it or undo it. It's your edit.
Over 36,000 words of editing judgment. Applied to your footage.
Speech
One whole take for each line. If you corrected yourself, the last version wins. Cuts land in the silence between words, so endings stay intact.
Story
One sentence says what the video is. An energy curve and a plan come next, and nothing is cut until you approve them.
First seconds
The most worked-on part of every video. The first line is a question or a mission, not a label.
Pace
Action runs fast. Emotion and the point get room. Dense stretches get a breath in the middle.
Eye trace
The next shot starts where your viewer is already looking, and the jump is measured at every cut.
Motion
Direction carries across cuts and changes through a calm shot.
Transitions
A hard cut by default. An added transition needs a purpose, a trigger in the shot and a direction.
Sound
A cue sheet for music you have the rights to, levels as keyframes, and effects only on real events.
Your changes
Send back your Final Cut export. It lists what you changed and the patterns it finds. You decide which become rules.
Checked before you see it.
Before you get the timeline, one command checks the whole edit.
- Does it import cleanly?
- Is text inside the safe zone, and readable for long enough?
- Is any text covering a face?
- How far do the eyes jump at each cut?
- Does motion flow across cuts?
- Does each transition have a reason?
- Is music at the right level under the voice?
- What does the finished edit actually say? (transcript)
- Does the pace match the plan?

Then it tells you what it found, what it fixed, and what it can't judge: colour, the exact look of titles, and feel. That part stays yours.
It edits like you, not like everyone else.
Start from a ready-made style, or describe your own in a conversation: pace, captions, fonts, colours, transitions and sound. Run /setup again whenever you want to change it.

The hard questions.
What do I need?
A Mac with macOS: 26.6+. Final Cut Pro: 12.4+. Tested with version 12.4. Claude Code with your own paid Claude plan. An internet connection to install, to download the speech model and to work with Claude. About 3 GB of free disk space plus the speech model. The installer needs Python 3.10 or newer and can add its tools through Homebrew after you confirm. Apple Silicon is fastest. Current kit version: 0.1.0 (pre-release). Full requirements
Does it work on Windows, Premiere or DaVinci Resolve?
No. It's built only for Final Cut Pro on a Mac.
Is a Claude subscription included?
No. You use your own, and edits count against your plan's limits. Check that your plan's terms cover your use: commercial or team work may require a Team, Enterprise or API plan. To confirm in beta: which plan is enough.
Can Claude actually watch my video?
Not in real time. It works from transcripts, frames and audio measurements. It says where it's unsure about timing and feel, so you can judge those by eye.
Can I change the edit afterwards?
Yes. You get a normal Final Cut Pro timeline: original clips, live titles and music with volume keyframes.
Does it apply my LUT?
Not inside the file. FCPXML can't store a LUT, so you apply it in Final Cut Pro. Claude reminds you.
Does it include music and sound effects?
No. It proposes tracks and sets levels for the music and effects you have the rights to. You decide about licensing.
Where does my footage go?
Your original clips stay on your disk and the timeline points to them. The kit's transcription runs on your Mac. Claude sees the transcripts and frames it needs to work, under your own Claude account. Style Lab previews go to your private lab page, or stay on your Mac if you use the local lab. A bundled third-party skill can use ElevenLabs for transcription, only if you add your own key.
Which languages does it understand?
Speech recognition detects the language automatically, or you can set it. The kit itself talks to you in your language. To confirm in beta.
How do I get it after I buy?
To fill in once delivery after payment is decided. Install and setup not yet tested on a customer's Mac. You run the installer and add the plugin in Claude Code. Then /setup creates your profile, your style, title templates and Style Lab.
Who handles what?
Link, part of the Stripe group, is the merchant of record. It runs the checkout, takes the payment and sends your receipt or invoice, and your card statement shows LINK.COM*. Payment questions go to Link support, and the Link terms also apply. The product, its licence, defects and product support are the responsibility of Monyxo Digital s.r.o., Company ID 19994982. Exact wording waits for the lawyer and Stripe's approval.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes. The price you see here is the final price, with all taxes. Only true once Stripe includes tax in prices and a test purchase confirms it.
How long do updates last?
New versions are included for one year after purchase, and you keep the versions you've received. Fixes you're entitled to by law don't end after that year. Wording waits for the lawyer.
Can I withdraw or get my money back?
As a consumer you can withdraw within at least 14 days. The right can end once the download starts, but only if you first agreed to that. Your rights for defects aren't affected. Withdrawal and complaints. Wording waits for the lawyer.
Can I buy from any country?
Most, but not all. Checkout isn't available to customers in Ascension Island, China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Tristan da Cunha.
Do I need another licence for anything else?
Remotion, used for animated graphics, has its own terms and may require a paid company licence. You also need the rights to your footage, music and fonts.
Can my team share one licence?
No. One licence covers one person, on their own computers.
Your next video is already in a folder.
